SBD has signed a 99-year ground lease on a 115,000 square foot development site located in Manhattan's pristine Upper West Side neighborhood. The site is currently built as a parking structure and will be repositioned as a luxury residential development.  The firm intends to build 30 apartments and renovate the 100 parking spaces currently on the site.
