Simon Baron acquired its first project in California, a 600-room historic hotel in the burgeoning Downtown Los Angeles market. the property, currently positioned as a budget hotel, will undergo an extensive capital improvement program and be repositioned into a state of the art mixed use facility.

393 West End Avenue
Simon Baron purchased the South West corner of 79th Street and West End Avenue. The 17 story prewar building comprises 110 rental apartments and medical space. The building was purchased with Cube Capital, a London based private equity firm and is undergoing renovations in order to reposition the building as luxury rentals.
Arlo NoMad
Simon Baron owns a hotel on East 31st Street between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue, which is an assemblage of 5 different parcels, assembled by Simon Baron in 2007. Simon Baron constructed the 31 story, 248 room lifestyle hotel on the site. The hotel has a restaurant, lounge and rooftop bar with 360 degree views.
166 West 75th Street
Simon Baron acquired 166 West 75th Street. The property is an 81,000 square foot, 200 unit building with ground floor retail located on West 75th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues. Simon Baron acquired the property out of foreclosure through a sale arranged by HFF and is in the process of repositioning the building.
12 Franklin Street
Simon Baron acquired 12 Franklin Street in N. Williamsburg / Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY. The property is a single story commercial building that is currently fully leased. The site is located on the Brooklyn waterfront and is directly across from the proposed Bushwick Inlet Park.
