The site, which was previously owned and occupied as a parking garage, was assumed by Simon Baron with joint venture partner, Quadrum Global, on a 99-year ground and has been undergoing site work.

FxFowle, an architecture firm with extensive Manhattan experience, was retained as the project architect and is helping to design the residential tower. Collaboratively, Douglas Elliman’s New Development Sales Team, the largest Manhattan residential sales team for new construction, was hired to assist position the asset, advise on the floor plan design.
